Copernic 4.2.0 crashes in my system after a while and it shows a crash report window which is also blank. I have to either resrat or end task and relaunch to get it running again.

    Hi,
Our development team is actively working to resolve this issue. Most of the time, simply clicking OK and restarting CDS should be enough to let you work with the program.
If problem persist, please submit a support ticket and send all your latest logs.
Logs are located in the following default folder:
    C:\Users\*your username*\AppData\Local\Copernic\DesktopSearch4\Logs\

    Thanks

    Same problem:
“simply clicking OK and restarting CDS “,
doesn’t work. Log-files can’t be read, so I don’t know what kind of confidential date I will send to Copernic.
