When I click on a found Thunderbird email, in the preview pane I am getting the following error message: “Quick View is not available for the selected result. Content is not available.” Using Thunderbird 3.1.7 (latest version) and CDS 3.4.0 build 26 (latest version) The error comes on many emails, but not all. For some, I can see the preview results. I tried updating all indexes and still getting the problem. Can someone explain what is going on? Finding and previewing emails is an essential for me. Thanks for your help. February 2, 2011 at 20:25 #1482 Copernic SalesKeymaster Sometime for Thunderbird and Outlook, CDS does not load all the files. 1. Exit completely Thunderbird or Outlook. 2. Exit completely Copernic but right clicking on Exit on CDS icon in the system tray. 3. Open Thunderbird or Outlook 4. Open Copernic Desktop Search. It should work now. Has anyone else had this problem? “Quick View is not available for the selected result. Content is not available.” I’d appreciate any ideas, since being able to find and preview emails is essential for me. Thanks!
